Effyzzie Music diva Yemi Alade who recently won the award for “Best Female Act” at the just concluded 2015 Nigerian Entertainment Awards has been nominated for “Best African Act” at the 2015 MTV Europe Music Awards.
The “Duro Timi” singer who won the “Best Female” award at the 2015 MTV Africa Music Awards, is set to battle with other nominees which include Nigeria’s Davido, South Africa’s AKA and Tanzania’s Diamond Platnumz who is featured on the remix of her smash hit “Kissing”.
Yemi Alade has been nominated for countless awards including a MOBO and BET Award and is working on her sophomore album.
